"Pretty much what I expected"
I got exactly what I ordered, so I can’t really complain. It showed up quicker than I thought, which somehow makes it feel like the order was even more correct. Overall, simple and worked out fine.

"Good prices, and I didn’t feel like I was getting played"
I looked around at a few different sites before ordering because I’m always a little worried I’m going to get fooled by some too-good-to-be-true price or random extra fees at checkout. Caskers ended up being a bit cheaper on the bottle I wanted, and the shipping cost wasn’t bad either. Everything showed up as expected, so it felt like a fair deal. Simple experience overall, but I got what I paid for and I’d use them again.

"Gift order was a bit disappointing"
I ordered this as a gift, but it ended up arriving late, which was frustrating. Customer support did eventually get back to me, but I expected at least an apology for the delay since it affected the timing of the gift. Overall, it was just okay.

"Good bottle, and I felt confident it was the real deal"
I’m always a little cautious ordering whiskey like this because you never really know until it shows up, but everything looked legit when it arrived. The bottle seemed authentic, the seal looked fine, and the whiskey tasted great. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, which made me a little nervous, but it got here safely in the end. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Be careful with their packaging"
Just a heads up for anyone ordering from caskers.com: my bottle did arrive, but the box was banged up when it got here. Thankfully the bottle itself wasn’t broken, but the padding inside didn’t seem like enough for shipping something made of glass.

For what you’re paying, I’d expect way better protection. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I was definitely nervous opening it and wouldn’t ignore the packaging issue if you’re ordering anything fragile.

"A little late, but tracking was solid"
My order showed up later than I expected, so I can’t say the shipping was especially fast. To be fair, the tracking updates were reliable and helped me know where things stood, which I appreciated. Not perfect, but not a terrible experience either

"Customer service could’ve been better"
They did get back to me, but whoever was handling my request really dragged it out longer than it needed to be. I eventually got the answer I was looking for, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I expected a quicker response.
