"Not sure where the 4 stars came from!"
Not sure where the 4 stars came from!? They are attempting to charge me for a package that I clearly canceled. Best part, when I canceled, the package was sitting idle for 5 days with the message, waiting for carrier to pick up package. I canceled the order, this pathetic company in an attempt to make sales still sent the package 6 full days after I canceled. Yes, that's correct. I canceled on April 28, they shipped it May 4. Ok, they refund me my original purchase yesterday, but stated they will not refund my shipping. The shipping that they decided to commit to 6 days after it was canceled. They refuse to refund me my whooping $27 bucks for their erroneous billing and shipping. Buyer beware, there is a reason their prices are so cheap. You receive pathetic customer service and you are getting cheap prices because they obviously rip people off for $27 bucks in shipping. Will never use this sad company again and suggest you find a more reputable company to plan your next party around.

"I had a horrible experience"
I had a horrible experience. I made a purchase on April 24 and as of yesterday not only was my order undelivered, but Caskers could not locate the order. Customer support was poor and very difficult to contact and get a return call. Today I received an email issuing me a partial credit stating that the courier could not deliver due to an error on my part. My address was 100% accurate. I am going to fight this and never use Caskers again. I do not trust them. Neither should you.

Ordered on April 26th, didn't receive it until May 11. First time ordering from Caskers so I don't know if that's the norm but it shouldn't take that long.

Caskers has an incredible assortment of interesting, excellent and difficult to find products.
They are dedicated to keeping a well stocked supply of specialty items. Their customer service is impeccable. Their prices are extraordinarily reasonable. Their shipping is the best ever in terms of packs and speed of delivery.

"I originally ordered 2 bottles of…"
I originally ordered 2 bottles of alcohol sometime in mid or late April. One of the bottles came after about 10 days but the other was never received by UPS. Management did apologize, but I am still waiting on my other bottle with no answer in sight from Caskers. I have no idea when or IF I ever will receive this other bottle.

I was surprised that I was able to chat with customer service in the late evening. Excellent service and customer support. When I'm looking for a whiskey that I cannot find locally, I go to caskers to look for it.

Customer service via email was excellent. Most companies have down graded customer service since the pandemic and have not increased it. Caskers is excellent and have earned my loyalty.

"I ordered with them some rum"
I ordered with them some rum. Never got it. I am an immigrant who lives here for decades.
They never explained why i never got it. I was polite and showed patience. I do not know if it has to do with the hospital.
When i had my annual physical last month, i had an ...ounce of pinot grigio six hours earlier. The doctor told me that i stink alcohol. He told me to go to some kind of asylum call my possibly abusive husband to get me or bring the police.
I answered. I would go to an asylum but only if it is located in Greece. He would have none of that.
I said call the police.
He did.
i had no car for 10 days.

"Terrible Customer Service"
Terrible Customer Service! I place my order on 04-25-23 and get an e-mail with the Subject: Your Caskers order has shipped. They provide a tracking # right away. I check on it a couple of days later, still not shipped. I e-mail them about it and they say it will ship shortly. After day 3, my order has not shipped yet so I cancel my order. I get an e-mail from them on 04-28-23 saying they will cancel the order. Another couple of days and no credit has been issued. I e-mail them again asking about it and get an e-mail that says, "unfortunately, there is only a skeleton crew that works on the weekend which is why your emails were not able to be answered :(
The vendor confirmed that your order will be returned and canceled and soon you will receive your refund :)"...so another 2-days and no credit yet! This company is a JOKE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!


After getting an e-mail from Caskers stating that my order was cancelled and that I would get a refund, I never did. Instead, they choose a few days later to still send me the product upon which I had to contact them, as well as UPS and tell me the order was cancelled. Caskers than immediately e-mailed me stating since I was disputing the charge (since I never did get a refund when they said I would), that they would get with UPS and not have it delivered.

Now, I get an e-mail from Caskers saying the refund will be done but I am responsible for the return shipping...that should have NEVER HAPPENED OR SHIPPED since I cancelled BEFORE it shipped out...and that the reason for the return was: Customer at fault!

THIS IS A SHADY COMPANY AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY AND THINK THEY CAN STILL SHIP CANCELLED ORDERS AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR THE SHIPPING AND THEIR MISTAKE!
